Meditation Question: How can we as a societal body reasonable expect to combat cancer if everyone has to start at zero and progress so slowly that we realistically will run out of time before an event horizon of discovery or strategy can be understood? 

Meditation answer: I found the limited availability of information repugnant. Immediately recognizing that this absence of accessible knowledge hindered progress for all involved. I realized the devastation of millions of lives was rooted in this failure. I decided that I would dedicate my life and my talents to amassing and organizing all the information I could in one unbiased, centralized hub.
